So, although the title may be flippant and fun, the contents of this book will profoundly change your life (for the better obviously). I help you to go from wallowing around in a confused funk to setting you off on an exciting new adventure, armed with the skills you need to enjoy the journey and deal with the bumps along the way.
“I take confused readers, wherever they are in life, and help them craft a clear-cut path toward achieving their goals sustainably, without sacrificing what currently makes their life great,” explains the author. “I call on the latest information and on-trend methodologies, and only focus on what’s proven to work. There’s no pseudo-science or fads, here!”
Continuing, “It’s vital I crafted something informal, while also making sure I get across the sheer breadth and diversity of experience I have as a coach. This volume is the culmination of a career spent changing the lives of thousands, and I’m so proud to now be offering it in a format so accessible and easy to deploy.”
Reviews have been extremely positive. CW writes, “I found this to be a really accessible book. I was drawn in by the welcoming, encouraging and approachable style that made me feel like she’s in the room with me. I found the tasks clear and easy to follow and implement. Being honest with myself wasn’t easy, but I felt that the author was there supporting me throughout. The techniques I’ve learned in this book will stick with me for life.”
Another reader adds, “I found this book gave you the tools to evaluate your life and change it for the better. You don’t have to bumble through life or take the straight path. You do have control.”

About the author, in her own words:
I am a coach, a pretty good one too according to my lovely clients. What makes me really happy is to help you to become the best version of yourself, and to sustain it. I do that either with my brain training or with my biomechanics and Pilates coaching or often with a bit of both. I am not a normal coach, I can’t be faffed sitting in an office so I work with clients outside or remotely. I don’t do ‘wafty’ either, something probably very obvious from the title of one of my books!
So, how did I become a Life Coach? I’d spent years developing Equestrian Pilates and although it is a physical activity, it became clear that the brain can have a huge impact on the body. Also, for a long time I was not a very happy, nor confident, person. Not being confident made me miserable so I set off on a mission to change that. I dabbled in Sports Psychology but the focus was often on things that had happened in the past. You cannot go back and change things so I decided to focus more on the here and now, and the future too.
As a serial studier, I added a huge range of qualifications to my already extensive list including:
Life Coach
Positive Psychology
Law of Attraction
Emotional Intelligence
Life Purpose Coach
Mindfulness
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
My books are easy to read, I stay away from fancy-pants language and terminology – for goodness sakes, you want to read a book not have to stop and google what something means every five minutes.
In my personal life I am an animal lover and have horses and dogs…which is probably why I do a lot of remote work with clients so that they don’t have to see/smell how filthy I am 99% of the day! But, it makes me happy and that is what life is all about.
Hope that was helpful, look forward to sharing more of my work with you soon.
