Over ten acres of vineyards are situated on a 200-year old Hudson Valley former dairy farm. The old barn has been restored and is now a beautiful, clean winery on the lower level, with storage and a tasting room above preserving the look and feel of the historical building.

Palaia Vineyards is located at 10 Sweet Clover Road in Highland Mills, Orange County, New York; it’s easy to get to by car, the vineyard is five miles north of the Woodbury Commons Outlet Stores on Route 32. The phone number is (845) 928-5384. (for directions)

A NEW FaceBook Fan Page

Well I finally caved ~ I went ahead and put up a FaceBook fan page

I’d love for you to visit…

As an introduction, all this week I’ve invited a few other very talented authors to post promos (and it is going so well, I may do this monthly!)
…just some of the terrific authors who have posted on my fan page so far are:

Writers just want to have fun

<

“But why would you want to help someone do
something that puts them into competition with you?”
I was recently asked that question after a stranger overheard my enthusiasm about teaching an upcoming writing workshop… but you see I don’t see how helping other aspiring writers enjoy their craft is competition. I see it as helping to create a word of communication.
If you have a Kindle then you can subscribe to my weekly writing workshop,
Living, Breathing, Writing from Amazon blogs ~ there is a new lesson every Friday
Even if you don’t have a Kindle, you don’t have to miss out. You can download

Living Breathing, Writing: A Lesson a Day

for a full month of lessons, exercises and prompts
By the way, that writing workshop I was speaking so enthusiastically about is happening on September 21, 7pm, at the Suffern Free Library
